At Brow Muse Studios, we aim to create a space that is welcoming, professional, and respectful of everyone’s time. To help us continue delivering the best possible experience for each of our clients, we ask that you please read and understand our policies below before booking. These policies are in place to ensure fairness for both our team and our valued community. Thank you for your understanding and support.

BOOKING POLICY
Saturdays are currently closed to new clients. If you book an appointment on a Saturday, it will be automatically cancelled.
CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and will always do our best to accommodate our clients. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of your booking.

If you fail to show up, the 50% cancellation fee will also apply.

Please leave ample time for parking and arrival to our studio.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and we will need to reschedule your appointment. Our 50% cancellation fee will still apply.

Please note: The card on file will only be charged in the event of a cancellation, late arrival, or no-show. No payment is taken at the time of booking.
